We transform the world by transforming ourselves and the only way we can do that is by letting go of our limiting beliefs and creating the world we want where we stand here and now.

We can complain about all that is wrong and unjust in the world, but until we look inside and identify the ways that we are limiting ourselves, holding ourselves back and not taking action on the things that are important to us, we cannot change the world.

Every individual has the power to make a difference in this world. It only takes small daily actions to transform the world and make it better. And as individuals we can have unlimited influence on the quality of the world we live in.

Think about the things that hold you back – doubt, fear, uncertainty, pain. These things exist within you and because of that you have the power to overcome them, to rise above them and create a life out of the infinite abundance of the universe. The only thing that holds us back is ourselves.

The external world places certain restrictions on us, but we have choices in spite of those restrictions. We still have the ability to think and act. We get to decide to choose certain courses of action in light of the restrictions of reality. Our inner options though are unlimited. We have a world of infinite creativity inside of us – we only have to choose to believe in ourselves and awaken that creativity.

By identifying those limiting beliefs, those internal conflicts and ideas that hold us back, we can begin to formulate a plan to overcome them so that we may act in this world in full confidence and love for existence. When we hold on to our limiting beliefs it not only holds us back as individuals, but it imparts a negative energy into the world. It is this negative energy that leads to conflict and oppression.

Take some time to write down the limiting beliefs that you are holding inside. Put them down in writing before you so that you can see them. Really think about what those things are inside yourself that are keeping you from achieving what you want out of life. Let go of what you perceive as the external influences that are holding you back and really focus on how you are holding yourself back.

Once you have those limiting beliefs written down in front of you take some time to analyze each one. Why is this item holding me back, how did I come to feel this way, what influences created this belief in me?

After you have identified how these beliefs came into existence identify ways in which you can exorcise these beliefs from your mind. Write down an action plan for overcoming these beliefs. Start with a list of affirmations that you can read every morning when you wake up affirming your inner light and strengths.

Make a conscious effort to act and think in a way that casts aside these limiting beliefs and begin to live in a manner that is aligned with your desires and dreams.

Allow yourself to be a conduit of the positive energy in the universe aligned with all that is good and positive and realize that you have infinite possibilities in this life and the only thing holding you back is yourself.
When you let go of those limiting beliefs and the negative energy that they create, then you can begin to have a positive influence on the world around you. You can start making a positive impact and creating a more peaceful and just world. Imagine if every individual in the world took the time to look inside and find their infinite goodness, if they quit letting the outer influences and circumstances be an excuse for why they can’t make a positive impact, if we all embraced the unlimited goodness of existence. Your life begins now. Embrace it.
